(أَلا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ)
The Name Al-Khabeer (The All-Aware) comes to complement the Name Al-Lateef (The Subtle/Kind).
It was said regarding Allah's Name Al-Lateef: "He is the One who makes His servants forget their sins so that they do not feel ashamed."
Al-Lateef: The One whose craftsmanship and wisdom are subtle and precise, to the extent that minds are incapable of fully grasping them.
(أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ), so how could what consciences contain and what chests conceal be hidden from Al-Lateef, Al-Khabeer?!
Al-Khabeer: The One whose knowledge has reached the extent of encompassing the inner realities and hidden aspects of things, just as He encompasses their outward appearances.
Al-Khabeer: The One who knows everything, and nothing concerning the affairs of His creation is hidden from Him, whether moving or still, speaking or silent, small or great.
