(17)
﴿فَلْيَدْعُ نَادِيَهُ﴾ (So let him call his assembly) Meaning: the people of his gathering place. ﴿سَنَدْعُ الزَّبَانِيَةَ﴾ (We will call the Zabaniyah) Meaning: the Zabaniyah (angels of punishment) from His (Allah's) hosts, so they will destroy him in this world, or they will deliver him to the Fire in the Hereafter, and he will be humiliated.
An-Nadi (the assembly): is the gathering place of people of heedlessness and amusement. ﴿فَلْيَدْعُ﴾ (So let him call) the people of his assembly to help him, for We ﴿سَنَدْعُ الزَّبَانِيَةَ﴾ (will call the Zabaniyah) to seize him. This is a severe warning.
