(إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ) (19)
Divine, guiding words, with which the Trustworthy One descends into the arena of prophethood, where these words prepare humanity for its rendezvous with bliss.
﴿لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ﴾ refers to Jibreel (Gabriel), peace be upon him, whom his Lord sent to the best of His creation.
He is an ambassador with this Book, trustworthy in the highest assembly, free from accusation, and innocent of any deficiency.
That is Jibreel, peace be upon him. And disappointment awaits whoever said or says: "His faith is like the faith of Jibreel."
Angels are of varying degrees in creation, stature, and ranks. In terms of rank, they have different stations with their Lord.
