(So We brought forth whoever was in it of the believers) (51:35)
(So We brought forth whoever was in it of the believers): We brought forth those who were in the town of the people of Lot from among the people of faith.
Truth is never lost amidst the rubble of falsehood.
(So We brought forth): This is from the saying of Allah the Almighty, informing about what was done to them, and not from the saying of the angels.
He referred to them as believers to indicate that their faith was the cause of their salvation.
By the blessing of the righteous, the wrongdoer is saved, for as long as there is a believer in the town, it will not perish.
