(Our Lord, indeed whoever You admit to the Fire – You have disgraced him, and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers.) (3:192)
(Our Lord, indeed whoever You admit to the Fire – You have disgraced him): This is a plea for protection and refuge, meaning: so do not do that to us, and do not make us among those who commit actions leading to it.
"You have disgraced him": means You have humiliated him and debased him, from "al-khizy," which is humiliation and disgrace.
(Our Lord, indeed whoever You admit to the Fire – You have disgraced him): meaning due to his incurring Allah's wrath, and the occurrence of a scandal from which there is no escape and no rescuer.
(You have disgraced him): This conveys an indication of the severity of the torment that is not hidden.
The Fire is a abode of disgrace, and Allah – Glorified and Exalted is He – has promised the believers that He will not disgrace them on that Day (The Day when Allah will not disgrace the Prophet and those who believed with him).
Al-Thawri said: It reached me from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab that he said regarding this verse: It is specifically about a people who will not exit the Fire after entering it.
Al-Wahidi said: "The disgrace of the believers is the shame before the rest of the people of faith, by entering the Fire until they exit it, and the disgrace of the disbelievers is perdition by their eternal dwelling therein."
They said (Our Lord) seeking an answer.
They said that to motivate themselves to strive in good deeds.
(and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers): There will be no helper in the Hereafter for the wrongdoer!
(and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers): Al-Sa'di said: This indicates that they entered it due to their wrongdoing.
(no helpers): meaning no supporters.
(and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers): Oh, the horror of their condition!
(and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers): It is said that this is from the saying of those who supplicate.
