(As for him who believes and does righteous deeds, for him is the best reward, and We will speak to him of Our command with ease.) (18:88)
(As for him who believes and does righteous deeds) by abandoning corruption and stubbornness, and submitting to the command of the government.
He guided people towards goodness and guidance.
(for him is the best reward) ....He promised them the reward for righteous deeds.
(for him is the best reward) ....Whoever follows the path of guidance will have Paradise in the Hereafter as a reward for what he has put forth.
(for him is the best reward) ....Motivation is a requirement for every diligent person.
(and We will speak) to Our workers (to him of Our command with ease) We will make the matter of his livelihood easy for him.
(and We will speak to him of Our command with ease) meaning beautiful words. And praising successful work is a legitimate requirement and a moral boost.
(and We will speak to him of Our command with ease) meaning We will not command him with what is difficult and arduous, but rather with what is easy and facilitated, such as zakat and other matters. And it was said: We will soften Our speech and good words for him, and We will treat him with ease in Our command.
(and We will speak to him of Our command with ease) Whoever follows the path of guidance will have ease in this world, and a feeling of contentment, a pleasant life, and good treatment.
Dhul-Qarnayn sent his armies inviting people to faith, and they did not come upon a nation except that it either believed or perished.
The story of Dhul-Qarnayn guides to fundamental principles concerning governance and the administration of lands, and that the ruler's responsibility in spreading the religion is greater than others, for the means were made available to him, and difficulties were overcome for him.
If we elevate our purpose and our concern is to raise the standard of humanity, then we must dedicate half of our wealth and time to religion, and the other half for family and personal needs, or at least a third.
A third for religion, and two-thirds for personal needs.
