التفسير التبليغي

(4) He is the One Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then He rose over the Throne. He knows what penetrates the earth and what emerges from it, and what descends from the sky and what ascends into it. And He is with you wherever you are. And Allah is All-Seer of what you do.

The creation of the heavens and the earth in six days is one of the aspects of His wisdom, that we may know that gradualism is the law of the universe.

(He created the heavens and the earth): He brought them into existence, Almighty and Majestic, with perfect order and precise measure.

(He is the One Who created the heavens and the earth in six days): He is the One Who originated the seven heavens and the earths, then He managed them and what is in them, then He rose over His Throne, so He ascended above it and became high.

(then He rose over the Throne): A rising that befits His Majesty, above all His creation.

(He knows what penetrates the earth and what emerges from it): He informed about His attribute, and that nothing of His creation is hidden from Him. (And what descends from the sky): to the earth of anything whatsoever. (And what ascends into it): that rises to it from the earth.

(And what ascends into it): of deeds and supplications.

(And He is with you wherever you are): This companionship is the companionship of knowledge and awareness.

(And He is with you wherever you are): He is a witness to you, O people, wherever you are. He knows you, and He knows your deeds, your movements, and your dwelling, and He is upon His Throne above His seven heavens.

(And He is with you wherever you are): meaning: with His knowledge and His power.

(And Allah is All-Seer of what you do): He sees your deeds and observes them, and nothing of them is hidden from Him.

(And Allah is All-Seer of what you do): meaning: to Him all matters return on the Day of Resurrection, and He will judge between His creation with His wisdom and justice.

(And Allah is All-Seer of what you do): meaning: He, the Exalted, is All-Seer of the deeds that emanate from you.

All-Seer: He sees everything, so not even the weight of an atom in the earth or in the sky is hidden from Him. He is All-Knowing of the needs of creation, All-Seer of the actions of His servants, All-Knowing of hidden matters. He sees what is hidden and what is visible.
