(Have We, then, been wearied by the first creation? Rather, they are in confusion about a new creation.) (50:15)
Have We been incapable of initiating the first creation, such that We would be incapable of bringing them back to life once again?! Rather, they are in doubt that We will create them anew, (As We began the first creation, We will repeat it.) (21:104).
The meaning: He was not wearied by the first creation, and similarly, He will not be wearied by the second creation, which is the resurrection.
(Rather, they are in confusion about a new creation), meaning in perplexity and doubt, for Satan has confused and bewildered them.
