التفسير التبليغي
(وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ) (And hearkened to its Lord, and was made fit)
(وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا) meaning: it listened to Him, the Exalted, and listening here is a metaphor for submission and obedience.
(وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ) meaning: it listened to Him in His command to split apart, and it obeyed, submitted, and humbled itself.
Meaning: it responded to its Lord's command with hearing and obedience, and it was fitting for it to do so.
And it listened to its Lord submissively, and that was its due.
(وَحُقَّتْ) meaning: it listened attentively and responded to the command of its Lord.
(وَحُقَّتْ)... meaning: obedience became incumbent upon it, and loyalty and submission to Allah's command became its due. And does it possess anything other than that? For if it does not respond willingly, it will respond unwillingly: (فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلْأَرْضِ ائْتِيَا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا قَالَتَا أَتَيْنَا طَائِعِينَ) [Fussilat: 11] (Then He said to it and to the earth, "Come willingly or unwillingly." They said, "We have come willingly.")
(وَحُقَّتْ)... meaning: the truth (or the decree) fell upon it.
The meaning: And it was fitting for it to split apart due to the intensity of the horror.
(وَحُقَّتْ) you were resurrected, or recompensed, or met what you had done.
Meaning: it responded to its Lord's command with hearing and obedience... and it was fitting for it to do so.
