(Woe that Day to the deniers! - 77:24)
﴿فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ الْقَادِرُونَ﴾, meaning: We made it (everything) according to a known measure, regarding provisions, life spans, circumstances, and deeds.
﴿وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ﴾, and this is a threat that warns of the inevitability of woe for those who denied the divine decree (Qadar) or the divine power (Qudrah). So, when they are resurrected, their woe will become manifest as they witness what they denied.
