التفسير التبليغي
(سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَنْ يَخْشَى)
When He commanded him to remind everyone, He divided people into two categories: one category that accepts the remedy, and another that does not.
(سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَنْ يَخْشَى) meaning: He will remember through your reminder, whoever is inclined to fear Allah Almighty with true fear.
(سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَنْ يَخْشَى) meaning: He will be admonished by what you convey, O Muhammad, whose heart fears Allah and knows that he will meet Him.
Do not despair, O most perfect of Messengers, from their excessive turning away and aversion from you and your reminder, for (سَيَذَّكَّرُ) and will be admonished by your reminder (مَنْ يَخْشَى).
(مَنْ يَخْشَى) The living heart is apprehensive and fears, so when reminded, it remembers, and when shown, it sees, and when admonished, it takes heed.
A heart devoid of the fear of Allah is deprived of the sweetness of faith.
(سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَنْ يَخْشَى) Whoever believes in the Hereafter and fears it, he is the one who benefits from the signs and admonitions.
(سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَنْ يَخْشَى) The one who possesses fear (khashyah) is the one prepared to undertake the effort of religion in the most complete manner.
The one who possesses fear must listen to the call and benefit from it.
Fear (khashyah) is the cause of undertaking effort (سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَنْ يَخْشَى).
Whoever fears Allah will be admonished by the Quran.
Knowledge inherits fear (khashyah).
The Quran is of no benefit to a dry heart, empty of the remembrance of Allah.
Those whose hearts' embers have died out, no advice will benefit them, and no influence will motivate them to benefit.
The reminder (al-tadhkeer): conveying the religion to all mankind.
Whoever undertakes this burden and shoulders the responsibility has fulfilled his duty, and thereafter, people and their affairs are left to them; their paths differ, and their destinies differ, and Allah does with them what He wills.
