التفسير التبليغي

(And in their wealth is a rightful share for the beggar and the deprived.) (51:19)

Their charitable spending is (for the beggar and the deprived).

After mentioning their dealings with the Creator, He followed it with their dealings with creation, completing the reality of beneficence, so He said: (And in their wealth is a rightful share), meaning a fixed portion.

(For the beggar): The beggar is the needy person who asks people.

(And the deprived): And he is the one who refrains from asking, who does not find what suffices him, and does not ask people, and is not noticed so that charity may be given to him.

(And the deprived): He is the one who refrains from asking people despite his poverty.

An encouragement and urging to spend (in charity).

Their beneficence stems from their intense love for the guidance of Allah's servants.

Allah mentioned the most noble qualities of the believers, and among them is spending (in charity) and their care for the conditions of the needy.
