The glad tidings begin by lifting the burden of memorizing this Qur'an and the toil of retaining it from the shoulders of the Messenger (peace be upon him): ﴿سَنُقْرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَى﴾ (We shall make you recite, so you will not forget). So, upon him is the recitation, which he receives from his Lord, and his Lord is then the Guarantor for his heart, so he will not forget what his Lord makes him recite.
﴿سَنُقْرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَى﴾ The decrees of victory and the signs of change are stored in the recitations of your voice.
Just as He made seeking refuge (with Allah) a protection from Satan, He made His Name a protection from forgetfulness.
﴿فَلَا تَنسَى﴾ So do not abandon reciting any part of it or acting upon it, so reflect.
The life of souls is through knowledge.
