He made the ships in the sea for the benefit of creation, so how can you deny this blessing by claiming it is not from Allah Almighty?
(So which of the favors of your Lord will you deny?) from the creation of the materials for ships, and the guidance to obtain them, and the method of assembling them, and their sailing in the sea through means that none other than Him, glory be to Him and exalted, is capable of creating, gathering, and arranging.
(So which of the favors of your Lord) meaning, the greatest blessing (will you deny?).
